Your loved ones are the only ones who can tell their story, the story of their parents, siblings, children and even you. This December, we’re collaborating with Heirloom Family Documentaries for a a FREE program to our community where you can have your loved one’s stories captured on video. Heirloom, a legacy video company, is capturing stories of 16 lucky participants to share with loved ones and help increase awareness about dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

This program is offered for free, first-come first-serve in December 2021. To sign up, contact Melissa Katz, LCSW at (516) 767-6856.

Heirloom Family Documentaries mission is to help capture these stories before they are lost forever. Their services is done 100% remotely making is fast, easy, and affordable for any family to enjoy the benefits of having their family stories on video.
