Art Therapy: Create And Release

We aim to offer a wide range of activities in our constantly evolving day program. Our goals are to stimulate various parts of the brain and cater to the diverse interest of our participants. One activity that spans all stages and interests is art expression. Studies have shown that art therapy can improve the attention and social skills of dementia patients, as well as reduce behavioral symptoms, such as anxiety and sleep deprivation. Here are some art therapy activities you can do at home with your loved one.
