The Long Island Alzheimer’s and Dementia Center invites family members, friends and community members to The Sharp Notes end-of-year chorus event! Led by conductor Pat Kaiser, The Sharp Notes is a chorus program for individuals with dementia and their care partners. Join us for an entertaining, fun and impressive performance! Lunch will be provided.
